My travel roll for cosmetics
I stitched this some months ago to keep all my cosmetics..........its especially useful when I travel, to put in my handbag.
It looks like this when it is rolled up and convenient to put into a handbag.

CHOCOLATE CAKE IN A CUP IN 5 MINUTES

CHOCOLATE CAKE IN 5 MINUTES
Ingredients
4 tablespoons self raising flour
4 tablespoons castor sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
4 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons refined oil
1 large cup
Method
Mix flour, sugar and cocoa in a cup.
Put in the egg, milk and oil and mix well with a fork or a small whisk.
Put the cup into a microwave oven and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on high. Wait till it stops rising and remove from the oven.
It can be served in the mug or turned over on a plate.
Optional : Decorate with chocolate icing and sprinkles

Update on post since 21 March 2009
I did not want to publish my BLOG since it was not properly designed. Now thanks to my lovely niece Aleisha,who has designed my blog I will be able to continue with my blog postings.
